Took another load up with me yesterday - this time Fiona came with me as she hadn't seen the place before. It was lovely to have some company - seemed odd having somebody else to talk to rather than just yelling at the talkback callers on the radio

No new birds spied, but the ducks were still there - this time they must have been up the back at the full dam, and they flew overhead as we walked through to there - having a sticky nose around.

We didn't stay long, although we did spend some quiet time sitting under the trees at the back of the house as the sun was viciously hot - bad time to unload the car in the full sun.

Things are slowly transferring up there - it will be good to spend a second weekend up there, getting some more work done, and we've heard back on the satellite - we're now just waiting for the installer to get in touch.
