Finally we have some paint slapped up on the ceilings. Well, slapped up is probably the wrong expression. Our friend John, from Monbulk Winery, helped out and is a very professional painter, taking great pains to make sure the job was properly done. Meanwhile I spent the time washing down more ceiling and walls. Down to the last 10% of washing to be done, and we have about 30% of the ceiling painted. Another hour of washing and probably two more days of concerted effort and we'll have the entire place painted.

Once that is done I can get the floor down and then we can really get moving with putting furniture in place and making it a real home.
