For reasons best known to somebody other than me - we're letting our turkey hatch around 14 eggs. This is obviously going to result in way too many male Turkey's which means the dreaded "dinner" conversation is going to come up.... sigh

Unlike Sophia who is currently hatching straw (along with one of the other Silkie's as 3 Silkie roosters is already two too many!)

The weather's slightly kinder to nearly naked Alpacas at the moment - no more having to put them in the machinery shed! This week, however, is manhood removal week for Dalziel and Wieldy - should imagine that's going to be a rather fraught exercise.
